Ray Lester is a GRC Analyst, Technology Risk Consultant, and AI Resiliency Specialist based in Borås, Sweden. His day job is inside one of Europe's largest industrial organizations, working under the same audit requirements, regulatory pressure, and operational constraints his clients face. He is not a technology enthusiast who left corporate life to sell workshops. He is an active practitioner who brings real context to every engagement.

Before GRC, Ray competed as an NCAA Division I and professional athlete. That career built one principle he applies to everything: it is not enough to understand something yourself.
