AI Governance & Technology Risk · Borås, Sweden

Your teams are already using AI. Can you prove they are doing it right?

I help Swedish enterprise teams turn EU AI Act Article 4 from a legal obligation into governance they can defend in an audit. Plain language, practitioner-led, no technical background required.

Why this is urgent now

The AI risk picture changed in 2026. Most organizations have not adjusted.

In 2026, Anthropic's unreleased Claude Mythos Preview model, through a program called Project Glasswing, surfaced more than 10,000 high and critical severity software vulnerabilities in a matter of weeks, working with a consortium of over 40 organizations including Google, Microsoft, Cisco, and the Linux Foundation. The same capability that can defend systems can be turned against them. This is not a technology story. It is a governance story. Meanwhile EU law now requires organizations to show their staff understand how to use AI responsibly. The gap between where most teams are and where regulators expect them to be is wide, and it is closing fast.

Why Claude, not ChatGPT

The tool your team uses is a governance decision, not a tech preference.

Most AI tools look similar from the outside. The differences show up in the questions your compliance officer and auditors eventually ask. Here is why every LogicStream engagement is built on Claude.

Your conversations stay private

Claude does not use your work conversations to train its models. When your team handles client information, internal strategy, or anything under GDPR, where your data goes is the first procurement question, not an afterthought.

vs. consumer defaults, where enterprise privacy takes careful configuration

It remembers your business context

Your policies, preferred language, and business context carry forward between sessions. Your team does not re-explain the same background every time, and the setup gets better the longer you use it.

vs. tools that reset context on every new chat

It produces work you can actually send

Compliance reports, board communications, and policy documents come out closer to send-ready. If your team spends its time cleaning up AI text before it can be used, the tool is the problem.

vs. output that needs heavy editing before it is usable
About Ray Lester

I make AI make sense, for the people who are not AI people.

Ray Lester works in AI Governance and Technology Risk from Borås, Sweden. His day job sits inside one of Europe's largest industrial organizations, under the same audit requirements and regulatory pressure his clients face. He is not a technology enthusiast who left corporate life to sell workshops. He is an active practitioner who brings real context to every engagement.

He has watched this problem from the inside. A major European industrial responded to AI risk by banning the tools outright, because it had no governance framework and no vendor agreement. A blanket ban is not governance. It is fear standing in for a policy nobody wrote. Closing that gap, in plain language, is the work.

Before GRC, Ray competed as an NCAA Division I and professional athlete. That career built one principle he applies to everything: understanding something yourself is not enough. You have to transfer it clearly enough that someone else can use it under pressure. That is what every LogicStream engagement is designed to do.

The organizations caught off guard will not be the ones that refused AI. They will be the ones that used it without understanding what they agreed to. I exist to close that gap, and to make sure the people who need to understand it most do not need a technical background to get there.
